বলুন, আমি আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করছি মানুষের প্রতিপালকের, মানুষের অধিপতির, মানুষের মা’বুদের, তার অনিষ্ট থেকে যে কুমন্ত্রণা দেয় এবং আত্মগোপন করে, যে কুমন্ত্রণা দেয় মানুষের অন্তরে, জ্বিনের মধ্য থেকে নতুবা মানুষের মধ্য থেকে |

Sura Nas Meaning
Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the Lord of human beings, the Judge of man, who conceals and conceals from his evil, who invokes the heart of man, from the jinn or from man.Surah Nas Benefits Bangla
১. মুহাম্মদ(সাঃ) এক সাহাবী কে বলেছিলেন: “আমি কি আপনাকে সেরা আশ্রয় সম্পর্কে অবহিত করব না যা আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করে আল্লাহর কাছে, যে ব্যক্তি আশ্রয় চাই?” তিনি [সাহাবী] বলেছেন: ‘অবশ্যই হে মুহাম্মদ(সাঃ)।’ তিনি বলেছিলেন: “বলুন: আমি দিবস উদ্রেককারী পালনকর্তার কাছে আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করি,” (সূরা আল-ফালাক) এবং বলুন: আমি মানবজাতির পালনকর্তার কাছে আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি। (সূরা আন-নাস।২. জা’ফার আস-সাদিক (রা:) বলেছেন, “যে ব্যক্তি প্রতি রাতে তার ঘরে এই সূরাটি তেলাওয়াত করবে, তাকে জ্বীন ও শয়তানের কুফল থেকে রক্ষা করা হবে”|
৩. সুরা নাাস তাদের উপকার করে যাঁরা শরীরের যে কোনও ব্যথা দানকারী অংশে ব্যথা পেয়ে থাকে|
৪. ছোট বাচ্চাকে জ্বীন বা শয়তান এর হাত থেকে দূরে রাখার জন্য এটি পাঠ করা হয়|
৫. কোনো ব্যাক্তি যদি রাতে ঘুমানোর পূর্বে সূরা নাস, সূরা ফালাক ও সূরা ইখলাস পাঠ করে, তাহলে সে সকাল পর্যন্ত আল্লাহর হেফাজতে থাকে|

Surah Nas Benefits
- Muhammad (PBUH) said to one of the Companions: “Shall I not inform you of the best refuge which is seeking refuge with the Allah, the person who seeks refuge?” He [the Companion] said: “Of course, O Muhammad (PBUH).” He said: “Say: I seek refuge in the Lord who created the day,” (Surah Al-Falaq) and say: I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind. (Surah An-Nas)
- Jafar As-Sadiq (Rah) said, “The person who recites this Surah every night in his house, will be protected from the evil of the jinn and the devil”.
- Surah Naas benefits those who have pain in any part of their body
- It is recited to keep the safe young children from the jinn or the devil
- If a person recites Surah Nas, Surah Falaq and Surah Ikhlas before going to sleep at night, he is in the custody of Allah till.
