Job Description / Responsibility

·     Implementation of internal control, accounting and financial reporting systems.

·     Follow-up, checking & review the accounting transactions.

·     Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company as per accounting standards.

·     Carry out financial studies and other studies relating to investments and acquisitions.

·     Analyze transactions for downsizing administrative and other operating cost; supervise the annual audit.

·     Responsible for addressing the Organization Tax & Vat related correspondence, organize and manage file of all documents.

·     Ensure the company is fully compliant with Tax, VAT, BOI, RJSC&F, FDI reporting etc.

·     Maintain and Monitor Accounts Payable/Account Receivables.

·     Set up an inventory control system, work out maximum and re-order stock levels and monitor stocks.

·     Optimize working capital needs by regular review of working capital levels as compared to yearly budget.

·     Preparing regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process.

Educational Requirements

·     MBA/ M.Com/ BBA in Accounting/ Finance from reputed university.

·     Professional qualification ICMA/ CA/ ACCA will get preference.

Experience Requirements

·     5 to 8 year(s)

·     The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Company Secretary/Share Division

·     The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Requirements

·     Age 35 to 45 year(s)

·     Proven skill in financial management, VAT, Tax rules, Company law.

·     Should have knowledge on VAT and TAX.

·     Experienced in project financing will get preference.
